夕日の頃、海はキラキラと輝いて、世界が金色になります。
1日の最後にあんなに強い光を出して、ラストを締めくくる太陽。
ここで夕日を見ると、今日も1日を過ごせたことに感謝し、明日も丁寧に生きようと思えます。
この黄色の夕日は何度か描きましたが、すぐに皆様の所へいってしまいます。
中々私の手元に残らない絵なんです。

桜の後ろの海は、ハワイのハレクラニホテルの前の海。
ハレクラニホテルの前の海は、「Kawehewehe カヴェへヴェヘ」と呼ばれ、海の中から湧き水が湧いています。
昔から人々は、ここで体を癒してきたといわれています。私はハレクラニホテル前のビーチから、海の中のキラキラしている場所を見て、あそこから湧水が湧いているのだろうなぁと想って見ています。
調子がいまいちのときには、この海で泳ぐとなぜか治ってしまったり、私はこの浄化作用、結構信じております。
ハレクラニ前のビーチの木陰に座って、このKawehewehe のキラキラを見ていた時、ここに桜があったら最高だなと思ったりして。
桜のシーズンの日本は、最高です。一面なんだか夢のような淡いピンクの世界になって大好きです。その一瞬を大事に大事に過ごします。この絵はそんな私の大好きな桜とKawehewehe を合わせた絵です。
毎日見るものは、気分をつくり、人生をつくる。

” The ocean behind the cherry blossoms is the ocean in front of the Halekulani Hotel in Hawaii.
The sea in front of Halekulani Hotel is called “Kawehewehe”, and spring water gushes out from within the sea.
It is said that people have been healing their bodies here since ancient times. From the beach in front of the Halekulani Hotel, I see a sparkling spot in the ocean and wonder if the spring water is coming from there.
When I’m not feeling well, swimming in this sea somehow makes me feel better, and I’m a big believer in this purifying effect.
When I was sitting in the shade of a tree on the beach in front of Halekulani and looking at the sparkling Kawehewehe, I thought it would be great if there were cherry blossoms here.
Japan during cherry blossom season is the best.
I love how it becomes a dream-like pale pink world on one side.
I will treasure that moment and cherish it. This picture is a combination of my favorite cherry blossoms and Kawehewehe.

意外とお金ではないところに、本当に求めていることはあるのかもしれません。

「ある日、73歳の父と、83歳の主人の父がこんな話をしていました。」
83歳「最近、どうですか？」
73歳「まあ、若いときみたいに、何でも、できんですばい。」
83歳「僕からしたら、73歳だったら何でもできますよー。^_^」
それを聞いて、確かに、私なんか、もっと何でもできる状態だと思ったのです。
自分の望みを知るのは、大事。
